Steps

• Cut yuca into 3 parts, peel & split
• Peel yautia, wash & dry before grating (yuca as well)
• Mix both into a bowl
• Season with garlic powder & adobo
• Heat achiote in a pan with olive oil, strain oil & pour in masa mix
• Season meat with adobo, garlic powder & tomato sauce
• Drain any extra oil from meat
• Get a large deep pan & pour oil halfway to top
• Preheat pan, wet hands to handle mix
• Add meat, shape as desired
• Fry until golden brown
