Adobo (to taste)

Achiote coloring

Tomato sauce (optional)
Steps
Cut yuca into 3 parts, peel & split
Peel yautia, wash & dry before grating (yuca as well)
Mix both into a bowl
Season with garlic powder & adobo
Heat achiote in a pan with olive oil, strain oil & pour in masa mix
Season meat with adobo, garlic powder & tomato sauce
Drain any extra oil from meat
Get a large deep pan & pour oil halfway to top
Preheat pan, wet hands to handle mix
Add meat, shape as desired
Fry until golden brown
