Parmesan cheese

clam juice

whipped butter

breadcrumbs

pita bread, cut into triangles
Steps
Melt half of the butter, chop onions & add both with clams
Cook for approximately 15 minutes
Add 2 cups of breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese & 1 bottle of clam juice
May need to add 1/2 cup more if not yet mushy
Mix well until it is mushy
Place in a glass baking pan & add butter
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, making sure the butter is melted
Serve on pita bread
