Parsley Onion Potato

potatoes

onions (medium)

parsley

stick
butter

Salt & pepper to taste
Steps
In large frying pan, put 4 tablespoons good olive oil
Open potato cans, drain well & place into pan (slice thinly or leave whole)
Cook over medium flame until potatoes start to brown
Add half stick butter, parsley & chopped onions
Mix well & cover on low heat
Stir frequently to prevent potatoes sticking
Add salt & pepper
Cook for about 20-25 minutes
Serve with any main dish
